Building an online store can be a daunting task – but using an already built eCommerce platform can make things much easier. Shopify is a hosted eCommerce platform used by big brands like the LA Lakers, Kylie Cosmetics and Tesla – as well as more than 800,000 small businesses in 175 countries.
The Shopify platform makes it easy to design, set up, and manage a store anywhere — including mobile, web, social media, marketplaces, brick-and-mortar locations, and pop-up shops. You manage your products, inventory, payments and shipping all from a streamlined back-end and you can use your own domain name.
This course is taught by Marinela Miclea, who runs Mendo Digital, a local Web optimization company and approved Shopify partner. Certified in SEO, digital marketing, marketing strategy, and social marketing, Marinela has 20+ years of experience in high-tech and marketing. She serves as Communications Director for Coast Women in Business and writes the popular Mendo Coast Biz column in The Mendocino Beacon and Fort Bragg Advocate-News.
