Customer Care Specialist
Full-time, hybrid-remote position
The Customer Care Specialist meets new or prospective clients, primarily on the phone and occasionally in person, asking a series of questions for the purpose of compiling data. The Specialist utilizes this data to determine the best next course of action for that client. The Specialist will additionally be responsible for the accurate input of data into West Center’s client database, assigning the client to a Client Services Manager, and scheduling the first counseling appointment.
